The Flowers
How It Works
Flowers have such an important role in the feel and storytelling of your wedding. By choosing flowers that are in season, you're anchoring your day to a moment in time.
Our flowers give you the opportunity to create a natural aesthetic for your wedding. Unlike imported blooms, our flowers are delicate and full of texture, scent, and movement.
We grow all our flowers using organic methods so they're 100% nature friendly as well as beautiful.

We only work with the flowers that we grow, which is why most of the wedding flowers we offer are only available during the warmer months. We do however offer winter Bridal bouquets and buttonholes for elopement weddings.

We grow flowers in a variety of colour palettes including whites, blues, pastels, and brights. The variety of colour changes throughout the season, with whites, pastels and cooler tones dominating the first half of the season, with copper and plum tones arriving as we head towards autumn.

Our wedding flowers are available April-September, where you can order bridal party bouquets, buttonholes and buckets of flowers. For winter elopements, we offer a seasonal option.
We always suggest getting in touch using our Enquiry Form as far in advance as possible to ensure flowers are available for your wedding date. Unfortunately we don't have capacity to offer floral consultations prior to booking. We do however welcome Pinterest boards and inspiration pictures. We take a 50% deposit to secure the date.
In the days leading up to your wedding, we take our time, walking the flower field to cut a curated mix of the very best blooms just for you. Your flowers will then be available to collect the day prior to your wedding.

We specialise in smaller, more intimate weddings, so we don't have a minimum order.

Details on the flowers and floristry we offer, including all our prices, can be found below. To enquire about flowers for your date please complete the form.
Kind words from some of our past couples
"From when I first emailed Gemma about my wedding flowers she was so helpful and accommodating. She listened to my colour scheme and selected the best flowers just before my wedding. She also remembered my favourite dahlias to include in my bouquet.
Being able to use the DIY buckets to create bridesmaid bouquets and arrangements with my family and bridesmaids was such a fun experience and one of my favourite memories. Gemma taking care of my bouquet and the buttonholes left me able to enjoy creating some of the other arrangements for the church and venue. My bridesmaids and flower girls loved making their own personalised bouquets.
If you want to enjoy an abundance of beautiful flowers on your wedding day at a cost that won’t break the bank then I can’t recommend Gemma at Mellangoose Farm enough!"

"Oh my gosh, we were absolutely over the moon with our flowers, and we couldn't have been happier with them or the service you provided. Thank you so much. The experience was amazing. The flowers were beautiful and everything I wanted and more. The "Thank You" bouquets that we also purchased were stunning and both of our mums loved them. "

"We are so grateful to you for providing the flowers for our wedding. The flowers were all so beautiful, it was hard to choose which went in the bridal bouquet! Making the bouquets and table arrangements with our family was such a special experience and one we'll cherish forever. "

"Gemma's flowers were beautiful and better than we could have imagined for our wedding day. We received beautiful buckets of modern flowers made up of pastels, whites and greens that worked perfectly on our tables. It was obvious they had been selected with care and creativity. Before the wedding, we also went to Gemma's farm to have a tour and talk about our likes and dislikes which was really fun to incorporate into our planning. "
