Terms and Conditions between the customer (‘You’), Mellangoose Farm Flowers (‘Us’) for the sale of flowers and foliage (‘Produce’).

Produce

All Produce is grown by Us.  If for unforeseen reasons Mellangoose Farm Flowers are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify You as soon as possible and endeavour where possible to find alternative produce from another similar supplier.  If another supplier cannot fulfil the order, we will offer a refund on any produce not supplied. 

We cannot guarantee any of the produce once You have collected the produce or it has been delivered by us.  You are responsible for ensuring all produce has continual access to fresh water and cool conditions from the time You receive it. 

Some flowers and foliage may be toxic if eaten. Unless sold as an edible product, NO flowers and foliage should not be ingested by humans, animals or poultry. Some produce may cause skin irritations.  Mellangoose Farm Flowers take no responsibility for any ill effect caused by the produce.  

 

Payment and Cancellation

All items must be paid for in advance.  No flowers or foliage will be cut until payment has been received.  For orders placed over one month in advance and exceed the value of £50, a 50% non-refundable holding deposit will be required.  The remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to the collection date.  Once the balance has been paid, we cannot offer a refund in the event of a cancellation. If You fail to pay the balance, only 50% of the flowers ordered will be cut for your agreed collection date. 

If for any reason You are unhappy with our produce, we ask that you contact us in writing via email to info@mellangoosefarmflowers.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the produce. If we decide that your complaint is justified and we have failed to provide produce as advertised, we will issue a partial or full refund. 

 

Delivery

Produce can be delivered locally on an agreed day. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave the order in either a pre-arranged safe place or outside the front door.  We cannot be responsible for any produce that goes missing or is damaged whilst unattended.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver to You we will endeavour to notify you in advance, make alternative arrangements or, when necessary, provide you with a full refund within 24 hours.

 

Collection

All pre-ordered produce must be collected on a date agreed between You and Us. Orders are to be collected from The Flower Shed at Mellangoose Farm gate. If You are unable to collect on the agreed date, you must notify us as soon as possible. If we have not heard from you and you have failed to collect your order by midnight on the collection date, your order will be forfeited.
